Nearly twenty years ago I opened my first business, a photography studio, which I had found funding to start up. Then, I moved on to building my own bridal business, with almost one thousand happy brides served over the years and I even won awards.

On paper, by my late twenties I had made it, every box ticked. House, car, partner, business. In reality, I was running the whole thing on empty and secretly coming apart at the seams.

So I did the very sensible, not at all dramatic thing... I burned it all down and drove off to the Scottish Highlands in a campervan for three months by myself. (Best decision of my life, for the record.)

And out there, somewhere between the lochs and the mountains and the patchy phone signal, it clicked. There is a rhythm to everything, that I had been ignoring. The Moon, the seasons, the cosmos. I had spent a decade elbowing against it but if I'm really honest with myself, I had always known.

Teenage me was always collecting occult books and was fascinated by Tarot and all things Witchy and astrology.

So, I took a leap of faith in myself and I rebuilt my life around that. I dusted off my passion for astrology, I honed in on my undeniable drive to empower the women around me, put together my vast knowledge of building and running businesses, and Wild as the Moon was born.

These days I get to travel three times a year, take days off purely because I fancy it, share my desk with three rescue dogs, and I actually wake up excited to work.

Same ambition I always had, same drive to support women, but a completely different way of approaching it.

The secret? Astrology and proper business strategy, woven together with a little magic.
